Job description
We are looking to expand our kitchen team, if you are a chef and wish to join the Prince of Wales which is a well known traditional pub right in the centre of Aberdeen. Serving breakfast 10:00-11:30, then our Main and Scottish specials menu from 11:30 - 21:00. Our peak times are lunch times midweek when our customers are taking a break from shopping and meeting friends for an afternoon for a bite to eat and a couple of drinks, and lunch to early evening at the weekends. Over the past 6 months we have grown our food trade by 30% and look to continue growing into this year.
We are looking for someone who is able to work at high pace whilst keeping a focus on quality. Hygiene and health and safety knowledge and high standards are essential and you should be able to work as part of a team and at times on your own.
Full training will be given, although we are looking for someone who has the knowledge and experience of working a similar role previously.
