Role:

We are looking for a talented and creative Content Creator to join our luxury floral events company, McQueens Flowers. As a Content Creator, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing captivating content strategies that showcase our exceptional floral designs and elevate our brand presence across various digital platforms.

This role requires a keen eye for detail, a passion for storytelling, and the ability to create visually stunning and engaging content that resonates with our high-end clientele. Duties:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with the company's brand identity and marketing objectives.
  • Create visually captivating and highly engaging content across various digital platforms, including social media, website, blog, and email marketing.
  • Collaborate with the design and floral teams to concept and execute visually stunning photoshoots and videos that highlight our exquisite floral designs and events.
  • Write compelling social media posts, blog articles, website pages, email newsletters, and other marketing materials.
  • Curate and source high-quality visual assets, including photography and videography, to supplement content creation efforts.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and develop innovative content ideas to maintain a fresh and dynamic online presence.
  • Manage the content calendar, ensuring timely and consistent delivery of content across all platforms.
  • Monitor and analyse content performance metrics, such as engagement, reach, and conversion rates, to identify areas for improvement and optimize content strategies.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with marketing campaigns and promotions, ensuring consistent messaging and brand representation.
  • Stay informed about industry best practices, emerging platforms, and new technologies to leverage opportunities for content innovation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field. A background in Fine Arts or Design is a plus.
  • Proven experience in content creation, preferably in the luxury, lifestyle, or events industry.
  • Exceptional creativity and ability to conceptualize and execute visually stunning and engaging content.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives and adapt the tone of voice to suit different platforms and audiences.
  • Proficiency in visual storytelling, with an eye for aesthetics, composition, and attention to detail.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices, including Instagram, Pinterest, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
  • Knowledge of content management systems (CMS) and basic HTML/CSS skills to update and maintain website content.
  • Experience with photography and videography, including basic editing skills, to capture and showcase our floral designs and events.
  • Familiarity with SEO principles and keyword optimization to maximize content visibility and reach.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
