Guests can choose from a variety of hot and cold options. We also offer a variety of evening dinner options, including Italian and Indian dishes. Due to expansion, we are looking to recruit a Full-Time chef who will be responsible for: Ensure highest standard of Food Production and presentation within the hotel adhering to menu specification and departmental ‘Standards of Performance’ Ensure Food Hygiene Regulations are adhered to and that departmental checklists and guidelines regarding Food production and storage etc, are updated, monitored, and actioned Ensure the kitchen remains a clean, safe, and organised environment always, highlighting any major Health and Safety issues to Senior management for action. Liaise with Restaurant Management regarding promotional ideas such as specials, seasonal dishes, and special occasion menu’s, implementing as required. The successful candidate will have a proven history of culinary experience, superb attention to detail & takes pride in their work, as well demonstrating strong communication skills to staff and guests.
