The provision of a high quality, efficient, complete catering service for customers, patientsand visitors in compliance with the Trust Patient Confidentiality Policy. To provide a high quality catering service for patients, staff and visitors trust-wide. Cleanliness of your own workstation is essential with a policy of clean as you go in this and other areas to the appropriate standard. Must be able to demonstrate an awareness of the Food Safety Act and be able to work to the highest standards in both quality and hygiene. To comply with all mandatory training requirements for Hygiene, Fire, Manual Handling and any other training deemed necessary for the efficient running of catering services
