At NWAS, we are excited to recruit to a newly established position of Chaplain for Staff Wellbeing which has been developed to focus on providing timely and inclusive wellbeing, pastoral and spiritual care support to colleagues throughout the Trust. The postholder will implement the framework for the Chaplaincy Service for Staff Wellbeing as agreed by the Executive Leadership Committee. At the centre of this framework is a is a 'hub and spokes' approach - with postholder being the 'lead chaplain' (hub) for the Trust, and then establishing and coordinating a network of volunteer chaplains (spokes) across the North West.
Reporting to the Head of Inclusion & Engagement, the postholder will be responsible for developing and managing the Chaplaincy Service for Staff Wellbeing, ensuring it is accessible and responsive to the needs of the colleagues and the Trust.
