Channel Marketing Manager – ATIK, Hull
REKOM UK are looking for a talented and dynamic Sales Manager to grow and maximise pre-booked sales, through the increased sale of booth packages, ticket sales and events at this well-established venue in Hull.
ATIK is one of Hull’s longest running nightclubs and opened its doors to the public in 2017 following a substantial refurbishment which created a new third room within the premises. Situated in a marina location this well established and popular location attracts customers from near and far.
Following its refurbishment Curve room complete with an intimate atmosphere and DJs playing the latest RnB hits enhanced the venue’s offering. The ATIK room provides the very best in light and sound technology with modern day dance hits and the Vinyl room for retro fans complete with its own illuminated dance floor and dozens of glitter balls! If that wasn’t enough the venue boasts a Tiki bar called Lua Lalai with bright and fun décor playing classic chart hits and serving delicious cocktails. The successful application should be customer focused, thriving on passion, commitment, and fun, with experience in B2C and B2B sales.
What can we do for you?
REKOM UK is a national business that focuses on local decision making. With a HUB office support network, our management teams are given the full support to maximise their business performance.
- Offer an annual salary between £22k and £26k per annum, depending on experience
- You will join the largest late-night operator in Denmark, Norway, Finland and the UK; and
- We will supply many support functions via our HUB office and senior management team.
Your duties will include but are not limited to:
Look to grow and maximise pre-booked sales, through the increased sale of packages, booths, ticket sales and events;
- Be creative, passionate and positive in their interaction with venue management and related areas of the business such as Marketing and Operations;
- Corporate events, private hire and Christmas bookings;
- Create and execute a sales plan for the venue, detailing clear targets and objectives for the team;
- Lead the clubs social media channels and look to grow all our SM platforms;
- Set up initiatives with local businesses and events companies; and
- Attend networking events, raising the profile of the sales team and the venue within the local community.
All applicants must be well presented, professional, a good communicator with excellent overall operational standards and you must be eligible to work in the UK.
This is a full time and permanent role that will see you working shift patterns that include evenings and weekends, so you must be flexible in terms of the hours required of you. This is by no means a 9 to 5 role and all applicants should take this into consideration. Our team love what they do! We have a passion for providing an experience second to none.
