This great company is dedicated to revolutionizing the financial industry. Their London office, located in Devonshire Square, will be your base, with the added flexibility of remote work days.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Working closely with the Head of Marketing, you will play a vital role in developing and implementing campaigns that support partner-focused marketing initiatives across the financial adviser market. Your aim will be to drive strong return on investment (ROI), maximize partner engagement, and acquire new partners and customers. Here's what you'll be doing:
- Ensure a true omnichannel approach by running integrated marketing campaigns with and for partners, supporting network growth and product penetration.
- Drive platform adoption through effective enablement tactics such as training and community management.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with our partners' marketing teams.
- Collaborate with the Sales and Account Manager teams to ensure successful campaigns and initiatives.
- Work closely with the Content Writer to develop a content strategy that supports lead generation and educates partners (distributors) and their clients (end-users).
- Coordinate with the General Marketing Manager to organize our participation in industry events and explore opportunities with trade publications, associations, and partner networks.
- Manage the distribution of all content across relevant channels, including social media, website, and email.
- Measure campaign results and recommend changes to improve performance against business goals.
- Effectively manage the budget allocated to activities targeting Financial Advisers, ensuring value for money and close tracking of spend throughout the year.
- Stay up-to-date with marketing best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications and Skills:
- 3-5 years of experience in a B2B marketing position, with a focus on partners and distributor networks.
- Ideally CIM qualified or equivalent.
- A successful track record in developing marketing campaigns from idea creation, development, and delivery.
- Ability to think strategically and commercially.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft applications, CMS (WordPress), email marketing platforms, and social media networks.
- A good understanding of SEO, PPC, and Google Suite.
- Analytical and creative mindset with numerical confidence.
- Excellent planning and organizational skills.
- Positive, passionate, and driven, with a can-do attitude.
- Strong communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow processes.
- Self-motivated individual with a great sense of ownership and accountability.
- A team player who can work collaboratively within the wider team and is not afraid to roll up their sleeves.

Working Pattern:
This is a full-time position, with 3 days spent in the London office.
