Job Title: HR Assistant

We are looking to speak to highly motivated and skilled HR Assistants who're looking for their next opportunity. We have an array of different clients, who're looking for HR Professionals to join their teams.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality at all times.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing employment contracts, conducting inductions, and ensuring compliance with relevant policies and procedures.
- Provide guidance and support to employees on HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Assist in the administration of performance management processes, including performance reviews and goal setting.
- Support the HR team in organizing and coordinating training and development initiatives.
- Contribute to the preparation and distribution of HR-related communications and reports.
- Assist with employee engagement initiatives and internal events to foster a positive work culture.
- Stay up to date with relevant employment legislation and best practices, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
- Collaborate with the HR team on special projects and initiatives as required.
Qualifications and Skills:
- CIPD Level 5 qualification is essential.
- Proven experience working in an HR administrative or assistant role.
- Solid understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment legislation.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

Salary: £25,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
