Job description
Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a dump truck to transport materials to and from various job sites
- Follow assigned routes and schedules for efficient delivery of materials
- Ensure all necessary paperwork, such as delivery tickets, are completed accurately and submitted on time
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on the dump truck to ensure it is in proper working condition
- Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols while operating the dump truck
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- 2 years previous experience operating a dump truck or similar heavy equipment preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions accurately
- Physical stamina to handle the demands of the job, including lifting heavy materials as needed
- Excellent time management skills and ability to meet delivery deadlines
