As we embark on our third season, we are seeking a passionate and customer-oriented Crew Member to join our Toronto team.
As a Crew Member, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests have a seamless and enjoyable experience. Your tasks and responsibilities will include:
Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Daily site setup, including setting up equipment, signage and preparing the rental area for guests.
- Welcoming guests, validating their online bookings, and processing payments via POS devices.
- Educating guests on proper equipment usage, water safety, and providing any necessary assistance.
- Preparing and receiving returned rental equipment (cleaning, inspecting and maintaining equipment).
- Providing exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries, concerns, or directing them to the manager when necessary.
- Aiding in emergency situations.
Qualifications / Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Experience working on teams, with heavy reliance on team to accomplish goals.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Some heavy lifting is required; must be able to lift up to 40 pounds (19 kilos), bending, kneeling, standing for extended periods of time.
- Can swim / comfortable in water as employees may have to enter water up to their knees.
- Exposure to weather conditions such as heat, sun, rain, humidity may occur. Please note, work availability is weather permitting as we do not operate in heavy rain and/or windy conditions.
- Current Standard First Aid with CPR-C Certification is preferred, but not required.
- Current NL (National Lifeguard) Certification is preferred, but not required.

Salary: $16.00 per hour
