Job Summary:
We’re looking for a driven, marketing professional who’s passionate about understanding today’s consumers, their motivations and their behavior as they move along their journey from discovery to purchase. The Channel Marketing Manager’s primary role will be to help support the Senior Channel Marketing manager to develop channel marketing programs to optimize awareness and engagement of shoppers to drive sales conversion. They will also collaborate with sales and marketing to create targeted, benefit driven programs for retail and other key accounts. The ideal candidate should have experience with how to create consumer driven content on Amazon, Walmart, Best Buy, and other retailers. In addition, this candidate should have experience with SEO as well as awareness tactics.
This role will start as a temporary with the opportunity to convert to a full-time employee.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include :
- Lead channel marketing program development at key accounts.
- Develop channel strategies for the calendar year in partnership with sales leads and marketing heads to discuss budgets, ad spend, SEO, in-store merchandising, training and align with the overall company marketing plan for the year.
- Work closely with marketing, sales leadership and external agencies to develop compelling copy & marketing content utilizing approved brand assets to support new and existing product categories.
- Work with teams to leverage marketing programs such as paid advertising for strategic opportunities.
- Partner with sales and marketing to optimize online and in-store merchandising to grow sales within category.
- Project manage all of the account deliverables and work closely with the Senior Channel Marketing Manager to execute assets against timelines to ensure assets stay compliant with approved messaging.
- Manage photography and video shoot assets for product launches if necessary.
- Work closely with Sales, Integrated Marketing, Corporate Marketing, Product Management, Customer Care, and IT teams to help shape how Arlo’s services & products are packaged and promoted to users throughout the purchase journey and through the lifecycle of ownership of Arlo products.
- Manage online reviewer process.
- Support in store initiatives or projects as needed
Education and Experience:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience working experience in channel marketing, corporate marketing, digital marketing, or content marketing role
- 3-5 years of experience managing online marketing campaigns and product launches, specifically for Amazon, Best Buy and other major accounts. Ideally in consumer IOT technology, smart home, CE or related industries.
- A good understanding of online channel marketing, including product positioning, messaging optimization, and asset management.
- Experience leading and tracking cross functional team meetings
- Experience working with creative agencies for photography and video assets
- Demonstrated success working with sales and channel marketing teams
- Global Marketing
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related fields. MBA a plus.
Skills Required:
- Ability to understand product plans, technology roadmaps and business requirements.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to align internal and external resources and timelines to launch products with the best quality and impact to the business.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

For U.S. applicants only: The pay range for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries at commencement of employment and is expected to be between $35 - 60/hr. However, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors, including location, role, job-related knowledge, skills, relevant education and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including bonus, equity, and a full range of benefits.
