We are a true partner to our clients, often acting as an extension of their in-house team. We deliver results too; our clients saw an average of 56% year on year growth in 2022.
Job description
The ideal candidate will be an experienced affiliate manager. Able to work autonomously when managing all aspects of their clients programs while maintaining and nurturing exceptionally strong client relationships by proactively anticipating client needs.
You will be the go-to expert for your clients on all things affiliate – setting and executing their affiliate strategy.
In this role you will be Profect Marketing's first hire and work directly with the agency founder who has over 10 years of industry experience. You will join the agency during an exciting period of growth and have the opportunity to shape processes which will underpin that growth. There is also potential for this to grow into a managerial position in the mid to long term.
Hours and place of work:
4 days per week. To be worked flexibly between 9.00am and 6.00pm, Monday to Friday.
Remote, work from home role (in person attendance at some internal and external meetings is required).
Salary
£40,000 per annum
Main Responsibilities
CLIENT SERVICE:
- Delight customers with accurate, timely and proactive service
- Build strong client relationships and feel like an extension of their team
- Manage projects and ad-hoc requests from multiple clients, proactively prioritising and escalating as needed
- Respond confidently and accurately to client questions
- Be the first port of call for all your clients queries
COMMUNICATION:
- Provide regular client updates on actions, opportunities and ongoing projects
- Ensure clear and effective communication both with clients and internal contacts
- Suggest new, effective communication strategies as appropriate
STRATEGY:
- Create strategies and tactical plans for your affiliate programs
- Manage the implementation of strategies and plans to ensure client goals are achieved
RECRUITMENT AND OPTIMISATION:
- Identify and recruit relevant new affiliates
- Analyse and optimise existing partners to maximise program growth
ANALYSIS AND REPORTING:
- Analyse program performance to identify opportunities or issues and take appropriate follow up action
- Discuss program performance with clients and create Excel based reports to evidence this
PROCESS:
- Follow established processes
- Suggest new ways of working to increase efficiency and support agency growth
Required Skills and Experience
Essential:
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Highly organised, you stick to your commitments so clients trust you
- Strong attention to detail
- Comfortable analysing data and drawing conclusions from it
- Enjoy building positive and strong client relationships
- Confident in problem solving
- Happy working independently and in seeking support when needed
- Able to prioritise competing tasks
- Direct affiliate marketing experience (in-house, agency or network)
- Experience running affiliate programs on major affiliate networks. Ideally on at least 1 of: Awin, CJ, or Rakuten
- Advanced Excel capabilities including: conditional formatting, pivot tables, vlookups
