Channel 4 Viewer Enquiries Advisor - BelfastJob Description

We are offering a fantastic opportunity to join our Channel 4 team as a Viewer Enquiries Advisor to help answer our viewer questions and queries! You will be on hand to answer all of our viewer queries via social media and email.
Working hours:
Rotational shift between Monday – Friday, 7:30am – 8pm, required to work 1-2 weekends per month
The Role:
Channel 4 transmits across the UK and operates a number of services, including the digital TV channels E4, More4 and Film4, as well their catch up and boxset service All4.
As a Viewer Enquires Agent you will provide a personalised response via emails, phone and social media contacts and provide a positive viewer experience through efficient, friendly and high-quality responses. You will provide information, handle complaints and promote the Channel 4 brand as well as its products and services.

Your day to day role:
- Handle viewer contact via email, phone & social media in an empathetic, calm, friendly, responsive and efficient manner.
- Proactively demonstrate and provide focused reassurance to viewers.
- Making viewers feel confident that their needs are being met.
- Adhering to stringent protocols with dealing with Payment Services.
Have you got what we’re looking for?
- A minimum of 6 months’ customer service experience providing inbound phone/email support
- A technical mindset
- Ability to multitask
- Highly proficient in spoken and written English
- A quiet place to work at home
- Good broadband connection
