Arunside Primary School are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and friendly person with to join our hardworking and dedicated team of professionals.
The successful candidate will:
Be first point of contact for Reception liaising with parents and visitors
Maintain pupils records on Bromcom, including admissions and attendance
Manage School Fund processes
Lead first aider
Clerical and Admin support working alongside the Admin team
The successful candidate should ideally:
Have exceptional organisation, administrative and IT skills
Be proactive and demonstrative initiative, whilst being able to manage their time effectively
Be emotionally intelligent, have excellent communication skills and able to establish excellent relationships with children, staff, parents and other stakeholders
Be a team player and will support and promote the vision of the school
