The opportunity:
This presents a captivating opening within our organisation, reporting directly to the CX and Transformation Manager. In the role of Change Manager, you will assume a pivotal position as we shape our products, technology, and offerings to align with the dynamic demands of our customers. Your responsibilities will encompass supporting change initiatives, overseeing project management, and aiding in prioritisation efforts. You will lead the implementation of cutting-edge solutions to cater to our customers and digital requirements across the entirety of ZM.

What will you be doing?
- Formulating and executing strategic initiatives and projects aimed at elevating efficiency, quality, business strategy, customer experience, and offerings.
- Ensuring meticulous adherence to project specifications, stipulated timelines, and budgets.
- Monitoring interdependencies across projects.
- Supervising project and change endeavors for ZM in coordination with Operations and IT to meet stipulated objectives.
- Establishing a Project Management Office (PMO) and devising a mechanism for investment prioritization. This involves engaging senior stakeholders, facilitating sessions, generating reports, crafting business cases, and contributing to review processes.
- Contributing to the implementation of the ZM target operating model and the associated strategic changes.
- Providing methodologies and tools to sponsors and team members, fostering a culture that embraces change.
What are we looking for?
- Extensive background in change and project management.
- Proficiency in engaging in discussions with internal subject matter experts or external suppliers regarding technology.
- Capability to operate seamlessly across all organisational levels, coupled with exceptional presentation and communication skills.
- Expertise encompassing all facets of project portfolio prioritization, approvals, funding, planning, execution, reporting, and benefit tracking is advantageous.
