Job title: Change of Tenancy Advisor
Job type: Full time - 37.5 hrs per week
Salary: £24,000 plus bonus
Hours of work: 37.5 hrs per week (9:00am – 5:00pm, Monday – Friday)

We are looking for experienced, dynamic collectors to join our growing team.
We have an opportunity for an experienced Change of Tenancy Advisor to join our Collections and Recovery Team.
Main responsibilities:
- Being the first point of call for customers moving in or out of a business premises supplied by Everflow
- Ensure accounts are closed accurately for outgoing customers
- Utilising various platforms to track down and setting up new accounts for incoming tenants
- Dealing with inbound and outbound calls to customers
- Dealing with third party agencies
- Objection handling
- Listening to the customers’ needs
- Managing and prioritising workload on a daily basis
- Any other duties reasonable expected of you within your role

- The right attitude to enjoy the test of closing a sale and working to targets
- UK Water or other utility industry knowledge (desirable)
- Working to a high standard with good timekeeping
- Ability to prioritise and manage own workload
- The ability to cope well under pressure
- Self-motivated and a team player
- IT Literacy (Microsoft Office)
