JOB PURPOSE
As our Change Manager, you will be supporting and guiding the change management process and associated deliverables across our HR IT projects globally. Working closely with our Global Business Change Lead, you will play an integral role in Burberry’s change agenda, engaging and educating internal stakeholders while ensuring minimal disruption to the business and keeping our high-quality standards in mind.
This Change Manager role is offered on a 12 month FTC basis. We operate an office with purpose policy, meaning this is a predominately remote role with time in our HQ at Horseferry House, London, office required for face to face project meetings.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supporting our HR function in delivering change workstream activities, keeping a track on milestone commitments and markers
- Developing project plans, including scope, budgets, resources, roles and responsibilities
- Assisting training strategy implementation, from scheduling and delivery, coordinating materials and content localisation to collating feedback on efficiency and effectiveness
- Contributing to the planning and implementation of internal communications and socialisation around change projects, new processes and activities
PERSONAL PROFILE
- Change Management Experience in HR and IT projects, including system implementations in a global business essential
- Exceptional Relationship Management skills and be able to demonstrate influence across peers and stakeholders, whilst supporting change management activities
- Examples of success from where you’ve worked as part of a team that has delivered significant change activity across multiple functions.
- Confidence and ability to facilitate meetings and workshops across a variety of seniorities, technical knowledge and communication styles
- Fluency in English essential, knowledge of Italian/French/Spanish would be advantageous but by no means essential
