My London-based Retail client are looking for a contract Data Change Manager to deliver key Data initiatives that embed my client's fundamentals and support modernising their ways of working.

If you have a sweet spot for delivering strategic technology initiatives that drive a change, this is the role for you.

This role is outside IR35, will involve hybrid working in London, 6 months initially and paying up to £650 per day.

As the Data & analytics Change and Communications Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • You will own the change plan for their key transformation programme
  • You will work closely with anyone (global reach) impacted by the programme identifying and implementing activities to best support them through any change, mitigating impacts and bringing them on the journey.
  • You'll specifically work with senior stakeholders supporting them every step of the way
  • Create and deliver engaging, concise and strong communications (both written and verbal)
  • Review all forms of engagement with stakeholders such as Steer Co's to ensure consistent messaging
  • You will embed yourself in the D&A team, gaining a greater understanding of the wider context within which they are delivering

EXPERIENCE NEEDED:

  • Proven knowledge of change management and communications best practice.
  • Demonstrable experience of working in a fast-paced environment and in supporting complex global programmes of work.
  • Experience of working with data projects
  • A highly effective communication style and approach with stakeholders and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
  • Great coaching skills, with the ability to support and motivate people and managers through any people change
  • People focused with a strong self-belief and results-driven approach.
  • Highly organised and able to bring positive energy to the team dynamic.
  • Experience of working in an Agile environment
  • Confident stakeholder relationship skills
