We champion user centricity with our clients, consultants and peers through strategic Design Thinking engagements and insights, experience frameworks, pathways to change and adoption, measures of experience and empowering service design practices. To ensure the expansion of our consulting engagements, we are looking to recruit a Workplace Experience change consulting leader for our Global Practice. The position is mostly working from home (based in UK, France, Germany or Nordics) with occasional travel, predominantly in Europe. This person is responsible for engaging stakeholders on vision, design and delivery direction of human centric workplace experience.
Role Description:
- Leads client engagements and consulting delivery, facilitating the formulation of client vision, strategy, outcomes and KPIs. Engages and supports the design of organizational change and leadership, risk management and culture steering.
- Create and implement digital workplace transformation projects, with a heavy reliance upon change management strategy and capabilities that maximize employee adoption and usage of new technologies, processes, systems and ways of working.
- Drive faster adoption of the changes that impact employees, increasing benefit realization, value creation, and ROI.
- Strong requirement for stakeholder management, including initial discovery, relationship-building, complex organizational alignment, tangible and effective communications and orchestration.
- Provide direct support and coaching to project teams, the executive, and managers at all levels, to ensure that transformation activities are integrated into all aspects of the project, from planning to evaluation.
- Apply change management processes and tools to support adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative. This includes:
o Creating actionable deliverables, including plans and frameworks, for implementation by clients or colleagues.
o Supporting the design, development, delivery and management of large transformation projects and the changes required.
o Consulting, supporting, engaging and coaching project teams, senior leaders, managers and supervisors.
o Working closely with, and developing the capabilities of, client stakeholders to fulfil the joint plans.
o Conducting impact analyses, assessing change readiness and identifying key stakeholders.
o Identifying and analyzing risks and preparing risk mitigation tactics.
o Defining and measuring success metrics and monitoring change progress.
o Identifying opportunities for additional consulting engagements.

Skills and Experience: -
- Demonstrates strong interest in the future of the workplace, behavioral change, user adoption and change management
- 7y+ experience in delivering hands-on:
o people-centered transformation, change and adoption
o adoption of culture, technology and new ways of working

o people and organizational development
- Communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Demonstrable track record of advanced presentation and facilitation skills.
- Creation and facilitation of design-thinking workshops, engaging with diverse audiences.
- Project and risk management skills.
- Experience with large-scale organizational digital transformation and change efforts.
Knowledge
- Standard models and approaches to people-centered change management.
- Change certification desirable (such as Prosci, ADKAR or Kotter methodologies). Project management certification desirable (such as PRINCE2, Agile or PMP)
- A solid understanding of change and the change process from the perspective of the people involved.
- Exposure to, and understanding of, technology solutions being rolled out.
- Principles of organizational agility and agile working.
Person Specifications:
- Diverse interests and expertise backgrounds are welcome, in areas such as sustainability, purpose-led design, CBT, behavior, psychology, diversity & inclusion, sociology, coaching / training, design thinking facilitation, negotiation, motivation, human performance and analytics.
- Proven track record in the future of the workplace, behavioral change, adoption and change management.
- Passionate about the role of technology in enabling new ways of working and improving workplace experience.
- Critical and independent thinker, able to make decisions quickly and create innovative solutions.
- Self-motivated, able to manage conflicting responsibilities and work with minimal day to day supervision.
- Able to relationships with clients, internal delivery teams and third-party partners.
- Culturally sensitive – able to recognize and match different cultural working styles within a global business.

Salary: £90,000.00-£100,000.00 per year
