Job description

The HR Transformation Business Change Manager will be responsible for planning, developing, delivering and tracking change management deliverables including communications, stakeholder engagement, change impact assessment, organizational readiness analysis and change reinforcement for a Workday Implementation for a global organization.

Job Position: HR Transformation - Change & Communications Lead (Workday)

What you'll be doing:
  • Setting and managing the Change Management Strategy across the HR Transformation program unpinned by Workday
  • Designing and building all change management artifacts including communications to a diverse range of stakeholders,
  • Building strong relationships with business, HR and program stakeholders
  • Driving the senior leaders and wider organization through the change management process
  • Understand touchpoints and processes impacted by the Workday implementation across all regions
  • Coordinate with regional stakeholders to ensure all operational dependencies and impacts are understood and mitigated.
  • Support with capacity planning to ensure resource availability and allocation across all markets
  • Perform risk management across the change management workstream to minimise project risks
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
