Job Position: HR Transformation - Change & Communications Lead (Workday)
What you'll be doing:
- Setting and managing the Change Management Strategy across the HR Transformation program unpinned by Workday
- Designing and building all change management artifacts including communications to a diverse range of stakeholders,
- Building strong relationships with business, HR and program stakeholders
- Driving the senior leaders and wider organization through the change management process
- Understand touchpoints and processes impacted by the Workday implementation across all regions
- Coordinate with regional stakeholders to ensure all operational dependencies and impacts are understood and mitigated.
- Support with capacity planning to ensure resource availability and allocation across all markets
- Perform risk management across the change management workstream to minimise project risks
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
