fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Centre Host to join our award-winning team at Porsche Centre Norwich.

This is one of the most important roles within the business as you will most likely be the first point of contact for our customers as they begin their experience with Porsche Centre Norwich.

Responsibilities include:

  • To “meet and greet” customers in a way benefiting the Lind Automotive Group and Porsche
  • Ensuring an exceptional start of the Porsche experience by providing a kind, professional and warm welcome to all customers which visit in person or who call via the switchboard
  • Create an inviting atmosphere of hospitality, inclusivity, and friendliness
  • Guide the customer to right contact person, professionally handing over, and informing of next steps (e.g. Sales / After Sales)
  • Ensure a quality waiting time by serving the customer with refreshments, WIFI access, small talk etc.
  • Increase showroom entry/ traffic through the creation of a welcoming and brand-adequate atmosphere
  • Manage overall showroom atmosphere, creating harmony by managing customer traffic during busy times, and pro-actively guiding customers to the right contact person, or customer lounge
  • Be a friendly and familiar face (for existing customers) leading to an overall image enhancement and preventing a forgetful or impersonal customer experience within the Porsche Centre, as well as an inconsistent customer experience with no distinguishable or recognisable brand character

The ideal candidate:

  • Friendly and approachable
  • Have a professional telephone manner
  • Have the ability to conduct friendly and courteous small talk
  • Be smart and presentable, in keeping with Porsche standards
