WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

You’ll be completing customer due diligence files for retail personal high-risk customers ensuring that the bank is not exposed to financial crime.
You’ll cover the full end to end process gathering key information to ensure the customer due diligence is completed in an efficient way, with minimal hand offs.

The difference you’ll make.
- Carrying out Enhanced Due Diligence by complying with the AML regulations using a risk-based approach;
- Identifying and updating missing information if KYC/AML customer information is not up to date;
- Understanding the risk posed to Santander by high-risk customers and people connected to them;
- Delivering productivity and a high quality of work to ensure service level agreements and departmental quality objectives are achieved;
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes, controls and the end-to-end customer experience/journey.
What you’ll bring.
- Previous experience in CDD, AML or Fraud
- Demonstrable ability to articulate rationale in decision making combined with the analytical skills to present the optimal outcome
It would also be nice for you to have.
- Experience in building and creating customer due diligence files
- Meticulous attention to detail
- A working knowledge of company policy and procedures across the product range
- Ability to produce quality work in a fast-paced environment and prioritise workload in a deadline
What else you need to know.
This is a part-time permanent role which can be based in our offices in Bradford or Belfast. Hybrid solution with requirement to be in the office when needed.
