Job description

• CCTV monitoring, taking payments and receiving inbound calls.
• Manage all queries in a professional and courteous manner
• Work as a team player sharing experiences and knowledge gained with input into a central knowledge base to improve operational efficiencies.
• Ensure all company policies and procedures are maintained and adhered to at all times.
• Nightshift hours will be 10pm - 6am on a 4 on 4 off rota

Skills and experience

• Customer service experience desirable but not essential.
• Must have a friendly and polite manner to deal with calls in a helpful, professional and efficient way.
• Must be proactive, independent, reliable and punctual.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £10.50-£12.00 per hour
