Psymplicity provides a broad range of psychological services including assessments, talking therapies, family support and psychoeducation. With demand for services surging, we are interested in speaking with CBT or DBT Therapists looking for an opportunity to work as an independent service provider to be part of a dynamic multi-disciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists and therapists, working together to provide an excellent care and treatment experience for our patients and helping us to further develop as a leading provider of psychological care. The role:
- You will be offering high standard therapeutic services
- You will work with the Psychology Service Lead and the Medical Director to continuously support the service's growth
- You will attend and contribute to clinician support activities such as risk, MDT, reflective practice, learning and development seminars
- You can be involved in projects supporting service improvement and provide assessments (ADOS, ADI-R) if you have an interest in this.
Requirements:
- You must be registered with a professional organisation to provide therapy
- You must have recent and relevant experience providing CBT or DBT to patients
- You must have your own insurance and clinical supervision in place
- You must have competency in identifying, monitoring and handling risk and changes in risk
- You have excellent written and spoken communication skills as well as interpersonal skills
- You must be able to evaluate your own practice and use outcome measures
