Positions Available: Catering & Front of House Team Members

Responsibilities:

Joining our elite team means you'll play a vital role in the success of the Southampton Boat Show 2023. Your responsibilities will include:

Greeting and welcoming guests with warmth and professionalism, ensuring they feel valued and attended to.

Assisting with event setup, including arranging tables, chairs, and décor to create an inviting ambiance.

Serving food and drinks to guests in a timely and efficient manner, adhering to quality and presentation standards.

Anticipating guest needs and proactively addressing any concerns or special requests.

Collaborating closely with the catering team to ensure seamless coordination and exceptional service delivery.

Maintaining cleanliness and organization in dining areas, including clearing tables and ensuring proper sanitation.

Assisting with event breakdown, including cleaning and storage of equipment.

Requirements:

To be considered for these exciting roles, you should meet the following requirements:

Previous experience in catering, hospitality, or front-of-house roles is preferred.

A warm and friendly demeanour with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering impeccable service.

A positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile to exceed guest expectations.

Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends, throughout the duration of the Southampton Boat Show 2023.

  • Southampton, SO15 1QF: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
