As a full-time care assistant, your role involves building relationships, enhancing independence, making a difference, being flexible and adaptable, learning and growing, forging emotional connections, working as part of a team, and gaining valuable life lessons. You will be helping people to stay at home living independently by assisting them with things such as personal care, medication assistance, meal prep, companionship and so much more.
