We are looking for an experienced and organized Catering Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of catering events, from initial planning to on-site execution. This includes working with clients to determine their needs, creating detailed event plans, coordinating with vendors, and managing the event on the day of. The successful candidate must have excellent organizational and customer service skills, as well as a passion for creating memorable events.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate catering events.
- Manage catering staff and vendors.
- Ensure that all food and beverages are prepared according to customer specifications.
- Communicate with clients to ensure that all needs are met.
- Develop menus for events.
- Ensure that all food is served in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of event costs.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
