Here at Liverpool Football Club, we have exciting opportunities to join our Retail Catering teams on our concourse food and beverage kiosks.
Our concourse kiosks serve over 45,000 guests. In this extremely fast-paced environment, this role could include working on a till or dealing with food and beverage items.
What will you be doing?
- Maintain a fast-paced service experience 2 hours before and throughout the football match/ event.
- Provide full product knowledge of our menu that is on offer to spectators.
- Maintain a clean, neat, and tidy working area throughout every shift.
- Deal with colleague and customer requests and queries.
- Take pride in yours and your kiosks presentation and be a positive ambassador of the club for all events.
Who are we looking for?
No previous experience is required for this role as full training will be provided. We are looking for people who are passionate about delivering an excellent customer service and can work well within a team. This role is extremely fast-paced and will involve working with food and alcoholic beverages.
Please note in roles which require serving alcohol or safety positions, we can only accept candidates aged 18 or over.
