At Nottingham Trent University, our retail and hospitality catering teams serves over 3,000 customers daily, over 3 campuses. We offer a range of modern food and beverage concepts, that include Barista style cafes, ‘Deli bars’, ‘Grab and Go’ products and a variety of themed hot dishes. We also cater for conferences and other formal events across our campuses.
We pride ourselves on providing a gold standard customer service to students, staff, and visitors. We’re always looking for Catering Assistants to join our friendly and welcoming team. Currently we have vacancies for
Catering Assistant - Clifton Campus - 37 hours a week over 7 days
Current working pattern covers shifts between 08:00 and 18:30

What you’ll be doing
As a catering assistant you’ll be the friendly face of our outlets, responding to customers’ requirements and queries. You'll be part of a friendly team, covering several outlets on campus, and you’ll move across outlets as required. You'll prepare and serve, a wide range of hot and cold beverages, along with ensuring work areas are always clean and well-presented.
What you’ll bring
You’ll be a friendly, approachable person who strives to deliver fantastic customer service. Although not essential, if you've got experience of working in a fast paced, customer facing, retail environment, then we'd love to hear from you.
