Interim HR Manager Talent £600pd
Role: HR Category Manager
Rate: £600 per day (Umbrella, Inside IR35)
Client: FTSE 100, Global, Energy
Duration: 6 months
Location: Hybrid working from home (2 days) and in Middlesex (3 days)
A strategic Category Manager to sit within the Global Finance Procurement Team, for a world-leader in Energy, to provide crucial support to HR Categories and Procurement Strategies, across Benefits & Reward, Travel & Meetings.
A key part of team with $multi-billion spends, across functions and geographies.
Collaborating with senior stakeholders, you will build robust relationships, and create category strategies that drive value-delivery, sustainability, and revenue generation.
You will lead the delivery of transformation, manage stakeholder expectations and convert their priorities and challenges into actionable outcomes.
Requirements:
- Strong track record of strategic delivery within HR Procurement - Benefits & Reward, Travel & Meetings.
- Excellent relationship management and communication ability, with internal and external stakeholders.
- Innovative and continuous improvement mindset.
- Ability to gather and translate stakeholder strategies to business requirements.
- Good Project Management ability.
- Prior experience within a large, matrix organisation.
