We are currently inviting applicants who work in Digital Marketing to teach international students studying on our short courses at our Central London campus.
Are you a Digital Marketing Professional wanting to get into training delivery, or a Marketing Professional with your own company looking for some extra deliverable hours?
If you have presenting and training experience and are interested in sharing your expertise with young people for a few hours a week, this could suit you.
Our courses are only as good as our lecturers, so we are looking for bright and friendly people who are up-to-date and experienced in their field. The ideal applicant will be a Digital Marketing professional with at least three years of industry experience. If you have up-to-date experience of Digital Marketing in the metaverse, podcasting, analytics and Tik Tok and know a whole host of professional tools - even better!
Applicants should be looking for additional freelance work and enjoy presenting or training. You should be comfortable working with small groups of adults who speak English as a second language, and love creating exciting learning experiences and engaging tasks and content.
We have supplementary teaching materials to support your sessions. Still, we encourage you to develop/ modify slide decks for your session according to your expertise and the latest industry developments. Digital Marketing is such a fast-moving subject area, it will always be necessary to update, plan and prep appropriate lesson materials for lecturing.
We are looking for creative and dynamic delivery of sessions. The first part is based on input, and the second half is based on a real-world task or other immersive approaches. You may even wish to take students to an event where they learn or participate. You will be responsible for keeping records of what was delivered, providing feedback to students, and liaising with fellow lecturing staff and management regarding student engagement and learning.
Lecturers will usually deliver a 3-hour session on their area (s) of interest. They will have variable hours according to their availability. We also have single 60 -90 minute guest slots, where professionals can talk about a more niche aspect of their subject that is not on the syllabus.

- Email Marketing
- Content Marketing
- Social Media
- Strategy
- Video and display
Key responsibilities:
- Teaching Digital Marketing to professional students
- Following lesson outcomes/teaching points
- Taking the register
- Documenting what was taught
- Posting lecture slides to the student portal
- Adhering to the teaching guide re. safeguarding, timekeeping, etc.
Profile Attributes:
Essential:
- Proven 3 years’ experience in DM role.
- Can communicate complex concepts in simple to digest chunks
- Is friendly, patient and good with people
- Can involve students in practical tasks
- Prioritizes practice over theory
Desirable:
- Has taught bootcamps/workshops in the past/currently
- Has done company training in the past/currently
