Casual Waiter / Waitress - Events Service
Salary: £12 per hour
The Andaz London is currently recruiting for a Casual Waiter/ Waitress to join our Private Dining and Events Team.

With 5 different outlet concepts ranging from Brasserie, Café Bar, Wine Lounge, Gastropub to Japanese cuisine, you, as Food & Beverage, will be provided with various opportunities to develop your service skills and continuous growth.
About the role:
We are looking for a dynamic, sociable and talented Waiter/ Waitress to work alongside our Events Service Team. The main responsibilities of this role include:
- Present menus and taking customer orders when necessary. Observe guests in order to anticipate their needs and fulfill any additional requests
- Assess and monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal. Attend to guest complaint's and requests and refer these to the Head Waiter where appropriate
- Clear and clean up at conclusion of function and return all equipment and materials used to appropriate storage areas
- Clean and polish materials and equipment such as glass, china and silverware. Arrange function rooms and set tables to required specifications
