Job description

We are currently on the lookout for passionate individuals to join our stunning Milton Keynes retail bike store at Lloyds Court shopping mall. We have a full range of bikes and electric bikes from the world's best cycling brands, including Specialized, Giant, Liv, SCOTT, Whyte, Kalkhoff, Gazelle and Frog.

This is on a casual zero hour agreement

Flexible hours are needed, including weekends, bank holidays & school holidays.

What you’ll do (but not limited to):

• Greeting customers
• Dealing with enquiries
• Provide an exceptional customer experience

We are looking for:

• Charismatic individual who shares our passion for all things bike related,
• A strong team player
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Numerate
• Literate
• Flexible working approach
