JOB DESCRIPTION: Casting Lead (Influencer & Creator)

This position sits in our Marketing & Technology service based in London. We combine data, technology, creative content, and paid media to crack brands' business problems & drive revenue through a variety of digital marketing solutions like ad campaigns, augmented reality, and chatbots. Our clients include ASOS, Just Eat Takeaway, Twitch, TikTok, and The White Company.
JOB PURPOSE
We're looking for a casting specialist to join our expanding production team. This person will play a lead role in casting creators, influencers and talents for complex campaigns, and be the main point of contact within the agency for casting and will be responsible for developing long - term relationships with agents, managers, influencers, and more. The casting specialist will immerse themselves in each project / production in order to cast the best talent most effectively.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Research and cast excellent and diverse talent including creators and influencers
- Build and manage relationships with agents, managers and platforms
- Negotiate and manage the talent contracting process including invoicing and payment
- Develop and update our roster of talent
- Negotiate all usage fees to get the best value for money possible
- Work closely with Creative Planners to ensure that their creative vision is achieved
- Contribute to the creative process with creative production solutions
- Work closely with the Account Planner and Production Manager to achieve clear communication
SKILLS AND PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Essential;
- Experience in influencer casting and street casting
- Have a significant contact list of talent including actors, models, creators and influencers
- Experience casting campaigns for social media
- Experience working on consumer brands
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to react quickly within a fast-paced environment
- Solution orientated
- Previous experience using an influencer management system
- Use of data to justify casting decisions
- Reporting and key metrics post-campaign
Nice to have;
- Relationships with creator/influencer teams at social media companies
