We have a new casino opened in Aberdeen and looking for an experienced Casino Cashier to join our friendly team.
About the role:
As a Casino Cashier, reporting to the senior management team, you will be handling customer transactions, receiving and preparing cash for banking in a professional, accurate manner and ensuring all customer transactions are recorded, processed correctly in accordance with the casino's regulations. along with maintaining confidentiality at all times.
You will be responsible for the full Cash Desk reconciliation, managing and protecting the company assets. Providing excellent, attentive customer service, ensuring that all customers feel at ease in an enjoyable atmosphere.
It's essential you adhere to all LCCP, AMLD, Fire, Health and Safety Regulations.
Other duties will include:
- Assisting with the training of trainee cashiers
- Completing reports as necessary
- Dealing with basic administration/bookkeeping tasks
- Attend meetings
You will be required to work 40 hours per week
Pay Rate: £11.00 per hour

- Good numeracy and literacy skills
- Friendly and professional attitude
- Comfortable and used to working large volumes of cash
- The ability to work without supervision
- Competent with the use of Microsoft Windows, Office, Outlook and casino-specific programmes
- Must have an up-to-date and valid PFL as issued by the Gambling Commission
- The ability to work as a team player whilst maintaining a level of initiative
- Be well-presented and able to create a good impression to all visitors to the casino
- knowledge of the gaming industry in general
