The post holder will
- The post holder will be responsible for ensuring all monies received and transactions processed are dealt with accurately and promptly with all monies held securely.
- Provide Clerical and Administrative support in relation to service users property and financial records.
- Work as part of a team enabling office administration duties to be completed in line with given timetables.
- All duties to be carried out in accordance with the Trust’s Standing Financial Instructions and internal office procedures.
The postholder will have experience of data input to computer systems with speed and accuracy, cash handling experience, and a mature approach to problem solving. The postholder will have experience of working alone with minimal supervision and have the ability to achieve deadlines and targets together with a working knowledge of ledger systems. The postholder will also have a flexible approach, be able to work on own initiative as well as work as part of a team, be able to plan and organise own workload and be an effective communicator with internal and external stakeholders.
The role will be based at the Brooklands site, but also involves travelling to a number of sites and requires an independent form of transport.
