We now have an exciting opportunity to become part of an established and high performing team as our new Cashier ( Monday - Friday 9am-5pm)

What will you do?
To ensure the timely & accurate allocation of cash on the full service business and issue proforma invoices to customers as required.
Key responsibilities;
- To ensure that all customer payments are processed in a timely manner into the finance
system
- To download daily payments from bank into Alloga system
- To investigate unknown customer payments
- To chase customers/liaise with Alloga Credit Controllers for remittances for payments
already received
- Ensure Cashier email box is managed on a daily basis
- To undertake bank run as & when required
- To monitor pro-forma accounts
- To raise pro-forma invoices for any customer that has a Zero credit rating
- To release orders for delivery for pro-forma accounts when payments received
- To liaise with Customer Care and Warehouse regarding pro-forma orders
- To assist in raising Client Recharge invoices
- To assist in raising Returns pre-advices for non-collected returns
- To support and cover team members role and accounts due to absence
- To maintain standards in accordance with the Health & Safety Policy
- To ensure that all accidents and near misses are reported to the HS&E Manager
- To ensure that all department activity is performed in accordance with company procedures
and client instructions
- To carry out any reasonable request as determined by Management
What will you bring?
The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to work accurately and efficiently, with the ability to work alongside a dedicated team, but also work on your own initiative. Service minded, you will be a strong communicator. Strong numeracy and literacy skills.

Salary: £23,000.00 per year
