We are offering an exciting and challenging hospitality opportunity at a highly-rated, fast paced, growing restaurant located in Scarborough. Chris Jerk Caribbean Bistro is an esteemed Caribbean/Mediterranean fusion restaurant and is in need of a Customer Service Clerk. The right candidate will have 1 year of experience as a service clerk in the hospitality sector. Chris Jerk offers an excellent opportunity for growth and competitive wages. The perfect candidate will be passionate about the food industry, providing excellent customer service, be flexible and have a drive to excel.
Our business hours are:
Tuesday to Thursday 11am to 8pm
Friday 11 am to 9pm
Saturday 12pm to 9 pm
Sunday to Monday closed
Primary Responsibilities/Duties
- Close customer orders by processing payment and accurately counting change
- Answer telephone inquiries
- Excellent presentation level
- Responsible for accurate completion of POS checklist each shift
- Process payments in a timely manner, credit card payments as well as cash
- Provide excellent customer service
- Opening and closing procedures in accordance to Chris Jerk protocol
Qualifications
- Experience in a fast paced environment
- Atleast 1 year of experience in the hospitality sector
- Works well under pressure
- Able to deal with constant orders
- Reliable and punctual
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Passionate

Salary: $16.00-$18.00 per hour
