Join us as a Cash Account Manager
- We’re looking for someone to deliver an excellent customer experience in transaction services, making sure our customers receive the best banking solutions for their needs
- Sitting within large corporate account management, you'll be working to retain and grow the transaction banking business from existing customers

What you'll do
With the transaction services strategy at the forefront of your mind, we’ll look to you to deliver on financial targets linked to key sales campaigns and to identify origination opportunities to deliver optimum benefits to transaction services and clients.
You’ll be supporting the team lead regarding the strategic development of the business in the region, and we’ll also need you to coach and develop less experienced members of the team to help them succeed in their roles.
As well as this, you’ll be:
- Developing relationships with clients to provide the alignment of bank solutions to their key objectives, while focusing on payments
- Working alongside client service management to deliver an aligned client strategy
- Acting as the primary contact for customers during pricing negotiations and tariff reviews of their cash management business
- Delivering and embedding customer opportunity plans in collaboration with the coverage team
- Leading and delivering client pitches, proposals and responses to tender documents for existing clients
The skills you'll need
We’re looking for someone with experience in the transaction banking business and knowledge of the cash management and card solutions client base. You’ll bring a customer focus to this role, along with excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills.
You’ll also demonstrate:
- An understanding of how to build multi-level dialogues with large corporate organisations
- A background in an origination role, where direct accountability for financial targets is a key focus
- Experience in developing business for both new and existing clients, using a sales management framework
- Proven operational risk acumen
- Knowledge of the regulatory agenda in the financial services market
