The Locality Social Work Team are recruiting a case worker to join our busy team.
1 x two year fixed term post 37 hours per week. This post will be fixed term for two years to cover secondment, any applicants wishing to take this post as a secondment opportunity will need the permission of their current manager.
We work with individuals aged eighteen plus, this means that our work is varied and changeable and cover individuals with a variety of different needs.
The right candidate will be someone with experience of working with adults in social care. They will be a strong team player with a proactive approach to work as part of a busy Social Work Team.
The successful candidate will be highly motivated and will to undertake social care assessments, support/care planning and commission services with person centred outcomes. They will be able to travel throughout North Lincolnshire independently as we cover all of the North Lincolnshire area. Some knowledge of adult social care legislation is desirable.
You will need to demonstrate an ability to problem solve and good negotiation skills, along with effective communication, organisational and IT skills.
