The Role
Food Republic are looking for a personable Sales Operations Executive to support the Sales Team in managing incoming phone calls, responding to customer queries, and ensuring the smooth-running of the day-to-day operations.

Full training will be provided to cover the core responsibilities of the role.
The key responsibilities of a Sales Operations Executive include, but are not limited to:
· Working cross-functionally with other to address and resolve customer queries and issues
· Supporting the Orders Administrator with customer orders via phone and email, and ensuring these are inputted accurately onto Microsoft Dynamics 365
· Working closely with the Accounts Managers to identify opportunities to bolster existing customer accounts
· Clearly and effectively communicating to the relevant departments when dealing with collection, returns, or recalls, as per the company’s policies and procedures
· Keeping abreast of any significant fluctuations in customer usages that could affect stock levels and communicating this to the Stock department
· Supporting any other needs of the Sales Team as required
The Person
The key skills and qualities of a Sales Operations Executive include, but are not limited to:
Essential qualifications/knowledge
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience working in supply chain/operations at an FMCG company
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a customer service/administrative role
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to maintain high levels of accuracy whilst working under pressure
- A people person with strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- A team player with a strong sense of initiative
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel)
Desirable qualifications/knowledge
- Experience working within the food industry
- Experience in a sales role
- Knowledge of sales margins and profitability
- Proficient in Microsoft Dynamics 365
- GSCE Maths & English (A*- C)

Salary: £26,000.00-£33,000.00 per year
