Job description
What you will do:
Responsible for carrying out a range of carpentry and joinery works throughout the build process.
Responsible for the installation of various household components, i.e. doors, frames, skirting etc.
Ensuring the work is completed to a high standard.
To attend college and complete all coursework.
What you will have:
English & Maths GCSEs
Driving licence & use of a vehicle
Awareness of Safety Issues is preferred.
Knowledge of Properties is preferred.
CSCS Card is preferred.

To be successful in this role you must be able to prove eligibility to work in the UK and hold a full UK drivers licence.

Salary:
Rate of pay - £5.28 per hour in the first year for any age.

As an apprentice Carpenter, you will be based on the development and involved with new build homes from start to finish. You will read drawings to understand what is required to enable a build. You will learn about joisting and roofing, 1st, the 2nd and the Final fix. Learning to use tools of the trade and abide by the health and safety requirements in the working environment. You will ensure all work complies with the standards and procedures and that you abide by the safety rules whilst building good working relationships.
