Job description
Carer/support worker needed to care for a young man in his home and in local community.
He is visually impaired and has other health needs.
He will need support using a manual and electric wheelchair outside the home.
He will need support with day to day tasks such as personal care. You will be required to prepare meals, administer medication, do household chores and support to attend activities in the community.
16-20 hours a week available, must be available for weekends/bank holidays, some evenings and school holiday times.
Benefits include SSP, holiday pay, bank holidays time and half, no uniform and free parking, PPE will be supplied.
Prefer applicants with full UK driving licence, client has a disabled access car which can be used.
Initial telephone interview will be carried out due to Covid, if successful then face to face
