Job description
Bradbury House is a residential Care home for 41 elderly residents in old town Beaconsfield, due to expansion an excellent opportunity has now arisen for:-
Part Time night with overtime available
£13.42 per hour weekdays
£20.13 per hour weekends
Shifts are on a 4 week rolling rota, ( wk1) Sunday night, (wk 2) Thursday & Sunday, (wk 3) Tuesday & Sunday , (wk 4) Thursday & Sunday
Experience in a care setting would be desirable, full training will be provided.

The Role:
To carry out and undertake specific and general tasks which will provide good quality of health, welfare and well-being of the residents.
To contribute, develop and implement residents person centred care plans.
To work flexibly to meet the resident's support needs
To communicate effectively and professionally with all persons in the resident's life.
To work as part of a person-centred team
To work effectively and professionally within the policies, procedures, aims, objectives and philosophy of the home with your colleagues.
