Job description
On Demand Care Corp is looking for care providers to help clients with childcare, special needs care and adult care needs. You will be an integral part of an innovative model of in-home care where you get to run your own business.
You will view the information of where the job is, the care that is needed and even the wage the client is comfortable paying before you apply to the job. You are in control of the jobs you are interested in.
We are looking for qualified and experienced Personal Care Assistants (PCAs), Certified Nurse Aides (CNAs), Registered Nurses (RNs), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), Direct Support Professionals (DSPs), Teachers, Teachers’ Aides, Nannies, Daycare teachers, etc with a passion for providing personal care and general support to elderly, the special needs population and/or childcare clients in their own homes.
You will be assisting clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as dressing, bathing, personal hygiene, meal preparation, and transportation as well as providing companionship. Light housekeeping, shopping, and accompanying clients to doctors and other appointments.
You will be in frequent communication between clients and their families to ensure complete peace of mind on all care placements and frequent communication with the Care Concierge staff who are there to support you as a caregiver and ensure a steady flow of jobs for your consideration.

Job Requirements:
- A minimum of 6 months of relevant care experience (we do not provide any training)
- Comfortable with technology to accept bookings and manage your schedule on your computer, smart phone, or tablet
- Must have a reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license or state ID and auto insurance if you intend to drive to your jobs
