Job description
We are a small Licensed Type B Assisted Living Home now hiring Personal Care Aide's or Certified Nurses Aide's full and part time, 8 hour and 4 hour shifts available. No experience necessary, we are willing to train, must be loving and compassionate.
You must have a loving heart for the elderly, be gentle and patient. We do have residents that need assistance with transferring so you must be able to lift 30-40 pounds safely. We also have residents with dementia so you need to be able to speak clearly, have facial animation and be creative. You will be responsible for helping with ADL's, cooking, cleaning and activities so being able to work independently and have good organizational skills is a must. We are looking for someone that takes pride in their work and strives to do the very best they can. Someone we can count on to come to work on time and come to work every time as scheduled with a positive attitude.
