Care Assistant - Required for our luxury Care & Nursing Home Camberwell Lodge, in Camberwell, London SE5, Part of The Country Court Family
Hours: Days 44 hours per week, working weekends on rota (Shift time 0800-2000)
Camberwell Lodge Care & Nursing Home is our recently opened luxury nursing home located in Camberwell, London, where our new team offer a 5* experience to all our residents, from fine dining to every day care needs as well as sharing great moments and memories!

ABOUT THE CARE ASSISTANT ROLE
Within the Care Assistant role, you can really make a difference to our residents’ lives. Your responsibilities will include:
- Helping our residents with personal support and care
- Aiding their emotional well-being and social needs
- Serving meals/drinks and assisted feeding
- Interacting with our residents on a personal level
- Maintaining and developing the residents care plan to ensure their needs are met
ABOUT YOU
Our fantastic staff are at the heart of our homes & provide vital day-to-day support to our residents, so we would love to hear from those who really do want to make a difference to people’s lives.
- Be no stranger to working long shifts
- Have good written & verbal communication skills
- Able to engage well with the residents and their families
- Have an understanding of people with Dementia.
- Experience as a Care Assistant is preferred but not essential
- Have an NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social care or be willing to work towards this.
