Care Assistant
At Black Swan Care Group, we are currently looking for a Night Care Assistant to work in one of our residential care facilities, The Haven, on a permanent, full time basis, £11.00 per hour. (Please note, we do not offer sponsorships to candidates.)
The Haven is a residential care facility for the elderly based in Boston, Lincolnshire.

Responsibilities of a care assistant:
- Support the physical and emotional needs of our residents and their general day to day activities around the home, improving and making a difference to their everyday lives.
- Assist residents with their personal care, including washing, lifting/hoisting, bathing and toileting.
Requirements of a care assistant:
- Caring personality and caring nature
- Positive attitude and outlook
- Good attention to detail
- Able to complete physical tasks
- Availability to work every other weekend
- Flexibility with working hours
