What’s the role about?
Over the course of the 18-month scheme, you’ll spend time at the heart of our Supply Chain gaining experience and insight. You’ll be immersed in what it takes to create, make, and deliver award winning & world-famous branded food products to customers all around the world. The scheme is designed to provide a springboard for your Supply Chain career, through rotations across several key Supply Chain functions such as Procurement, Production, Engineering, Quality Assurance, Supply Planning and Logistics.
You’ll not only learn the fundamentals of Food Manufacturing and Supply Chain management, but also discover a rich, diverse, and fast paced sector which plays a key role in feeding the nation. Some key responsibilities you are likely to gain are:
- Manage one of our enthusiastic production teams
- Contribute to operational and strategic development projects
- Ensure all products are manufactured to the exact quality and respecting industry leading health and safety standards
- Work to enhance and optimize operational performance and continuous improvement methodologies to support our development as a business
- Immerse yourself in Supply Chain investment projects that focus on a wide range of aspects from factory technology to safety and environmental improvements
- Help support us to be even more sustainable and to improve our carbon footprint

You’ll need a 2:2 degree or above, preferably in a STEM discipline but we welcome any degree subject provided you have:
