Your new role
We are seeking dynamic and experienced Career Coaches to join our team on a self-employed/freelance basis. As a Career Coach at UNVAELD, you will offer one FREE one hour session to our users who need additional support with the challenges they are facing at work. After this, you are able to charge for any additional sessions that a user might require. These challenges could range from experiencing burn out, to being a parent of a child with additional needs, feeling stuck in their career or general overwhelm. If you are passionate about helping others succeed in their careers and have a proven track record in career coaching, we would love to hear from you. By connecting with individuals who have faced or are currently facing work-related challenges, you will contribute to our mission of creating a supportive community and #REDEFININGNORMAL in the workplace.
Your new company
UNVAELD is a FREE solutions-orientated professional hub that empowers people to feel their best at work. We are a transformative network designed to combat work challenges by unveiling the unspoken, yet common, reality of the corporate world and providing support to help our users overcome challenges. Our mission is to redefine normal, make work lives easier and celebrate individualism within professional services. We are a start up company that is launching on the 12th June this year and we need some extra hands on deck to make our vision possible!
What you'll need to succeed
You'll need to have a certification and previous experience in the coaching realm and be someone who is empathetic, open-minded and is good at guiding people to come up with the best solutions for them. You may also have 2+ years experience in the recruitment industry working with candidates. As you will be representing our company, we need someone who is able to be very professional and understanding of the challenges people face at work. We operate a no-hate policy, so you must remain judgement-free when providing coaching and ideally, asking questions to ensure you support people in a way that works for them. Good communication skills are a must and the successful candidate will have an excellent written and spoken English ability. You are able to offer your own coaching services off the back of this but only if the user has told you they are interested in further coaching. Knowledge of mental health and diversity and inclusion topics are a plus.
What you'll get in return
This role is fully remote and you are able to do this job on top of a full-time job. There are no set hours and you can work to your own schedule and choose the clients you work with. You have the opportunity to grow your personal brand, including with any testimonials you receive from our users. As we are a brand new start up, there is no guarantee that this role will become full-time but we are currently in the process of looking for investors, so if all goes well, this has the capacity to turn into a full or part-time salaried role with benefits, if this is something you would prefer.
